A Northwest Arkansas native, University of Arkansas architecture graduate, and founding member of Core in 2007. Dusty’s leadership pairs practice with active community service.

Bob brings planning, design, and project-management experience across public, corporate, government, and private facilities, with particular depth in adaptive reuse.

After practicing in Chicago on large healthcare, retail, and multifamily work, Michael returned to Northwest Arkansas and joined Core in 2015. He leads operations, staffing, and strategy.
